Woking Choral Society was founded in 1896. It is a choir of around 110 members which performs a wide range of choral music. We try to balance lesser known works with the firm favourites of the choral repertoire. Recent concerts included works by Vivaldi, Mozart, Poulenc and Verdi and Schubert.

Our future programme includes Handel's Israel in Egypt and Rossini's Petite Mass Solennelle.

We usually perform two large concerts each year with orchestra and professional soloists plus a smaller concert in summer and sometimes a carol concert. We rehearse every Monday evening from 19:30 to 21:35 in St Andrew's Church in Goldsworth Park, Woking. Our concerts are normally given in The H.G. Wells Centre in Woking but we sometimes give them in Guildford Cathedral or Christ Church, Woking.
